ooohh got it. the package is not up to datee in cli .. it is in 0.0.1 !! latest is 0.0.4 .

<@400684445054795796> I added `format-si-unit` because the newer `circuit-json` package now needs it. Before, `circuit-json` had its own unit parsing code. In the newer version, that code was moved to `format-si-unit`, so `circuit-json` now imports `parseAndConvertSiUnit` from there. take a look at this : https://github.com/tscircuit/circuit-json-routing-analysis/pull/3
