<@400684445054795796>  I added `format-si-unit` because the newer `circuit-json` package now needs it.

Before, `circuit-json` had its own unit parsing code. In the newer version, that code was moved to `format-si-unit`, so `circuit-json` now imports `parseAndConvertSiUnit` from there.
