Rishabh - @shibo Why are these tests failing?

they passed in my PR so I'm not sure

All the core PR's are failing these tests, even though the changes are unrelated

it started failing randomly:

for me it's passing locally

after I deleted and reinstalled the node_modules it fails

I think I found the issue, can you try to add "@tscircuit/eecircuit-engine": "https://jscdn.tscircuit.com/@tscircuit/eecircuit-engine/1.7.4.tgz", as a dev dep I tried but bun i is stuck, not sure if my internet is the issue or it's because my machine's RAM is dying
