All the core PR's are failing these tests, even though the changes are unrelated

after I deleted and reinstalled the node_modules it fails

I think I found the issue, 
can you try to add     "@tscircuit/eecircuit-engine": "https://jscdn.tscircuit.com/@tscircuit/eecircuit-engine/1.7.4.tgz",
as a dev dep
I tried but bun i is stuck, not sure if my internet is the issue or it's because my machine's RAM is dying
