No mounting holes at the bottom? how will you mount this to the enclousre?

I think you would need some kind of spacers here, which you're missing in the assembly. Maybe think through the assembly more

yeah, the screen can't just fly over there. it needs some support to be kept on

are there any other issue other than assembly

Your pcb board will also need those holes, so that you can screw in the eink display from all around the corner. So keep the dimensions accurate
