mention can you please share the wireless board you're creating and what optical sensor you're planning to use? I too am looking for an optical sensor maybe we can decide on one to pre order on jlcpcb if we can find the best one

i think you guys should maybe find a sensor that is good/cheap that we can use across many projects, then we will order 50 or something

the one you're using is a lot better but more than twice the price, the cheaper PMW3610 could work if the mouse you're making is not a high performance gaming mouse

yea PMW3610 works but ill have to redesign the board to use this sensor instead. I think it'll work. <@757706909351411845> Should we preorder? I never pre ordered, whats the process and how many should we order?

PMW3610 is $1.0039 and the one my board uses is $2.4873

There was nothin to choose, i just clicked on preorder and then it showed me to fill those things and then payment
