Someone had a major bug in their board due to having same-name different-net nets. Yes this is weird- it will throw a warning and generally should be avoided. On a super complex board maybe you're importing and you don't have full control of the net names, so it's kind of inevitable that someone will use e.g. "GND" to refer to the GND for a subcircuit to help prevent these issues, tscircuit now adds superscripts and a warning whenever a net name is reused
