Mustafa7
board is electrically for one motor—not four. - The six MOSFETs form three half-bridges: one each for phases U, V, and W. - Four BLDC motors would require 24 MOSFETs and four sets of U/V/W outputs. - The current scattered arrangement makes the six MOSFETs look like separate motor channels.

Will fix the placement

<@757706909351411845> https://tscircuit.com/MustafaMulla29/rp2040-bldc-controller Can you review one last time before ordering, i fixed the placements
Seve
hehe i wish i had the circuit json to look at
Seve
can you push dist locally
Seve
`tsci push --include-dist` or something
Seve
that way you have a site i can view, we'll also have a record of what you're actually ordering
Seve
did you pass `tsci check shorts`
Mustafa7
Yea
Seve
niceee
Mustafa7
<@398467566588264449> can you review it as well
Mustafa7
<@398467566588264449> Is this ready to order?
Seve
mustafa can you please push with dist?
Seve
so that there's a record of what was built
Abse
one sec
Mustafa7
Yes i did, its connected to github repo
Abse
can you make sure these chatgpt concerns are not real if they are can you address them
Seve
<@1079361271687807026> the build is failing you need to push dist
Seve
we cant see it on the website, push dist
Mustafa7
ok pushed
Seve
can you add USB PD support or is that too difficult? This requires a 12V power supply
Seve
i can do the 12V power supply but it would be better to add a barrel jack as well for me to plug into
Mustafa7
Ok will try
Mustafa7
<@757706909351411845> <@398467566588264449> https://tscircuit.com/MustafaMulla29/rp2040-bldc-controller#files Done! Can you please review again(added usb pd and barrel jack)
Mustafa7
Also seve check the drcs arent those false positive?
Seve
waiting for build
Seve
gotta go to bed in a sec tho
Mustafa7
I pushed the dist, for some reason build is failing on cloud
Mustafa7
I discussed this with rishabh, not sure what the issue is
Seve
there are no previews, how are we supposed to review
Seve
normally we just click the preview site
Seve
oh wait i can hit 3d etc.
Seve
lots of empty space on the board- you can probably shrink it
Mustafa7
It's coz the rp2040 from common is at the middle of the board, we cannot change it's individual components position
Seve
https://cleanshot.com/share/RlpY7lQ8
Seve
you can't change the common rp2040 position? It should be able to be decomposed, CC <@398467566588264449> people need to be able to move the USB-C port etc.
Seve
we have a couple options for moving the USB-C etc, e.g. using a composable pattern with context e.g. ``` <Microcontroller_RP2040> <MicrocontrollerRP2040.USBC pcbX={...} pcbY={...} /> </Microcontroller_RP2040> ```
Seve
that can be done in usercode
Seve
*userland
Mustafa7
<@398467566588264449> any idea how to fix this?
Abse
I think this will work we can try it ``` <Microcontroller_RP2040> <MicrocontrollerRP2040.USBC pcbX={...} pcbY={...} /> </Microcontroller_RP2040> ```
Abse
I will try to do it now
Mustafa7
https://tscircuit.com/MustafaMulla29/rp2040-bldc-controller#files <@757706909351411845> review please, I shrinked the board , not sure if we can do more.
Seve
when you `tsci build` throw in the `--site` flag and _i think_ we should have a browsable site for this board which is very useful
Seve
<@1079361271687807026> i think you're G2G
Seve
but fwiw the board can be shrunk much more 😄
Seve
start uploading to JLC, you may find more issues
Seve
hopefully you have the account?
Mustafa7
Yea
