What should it be then? There is no "simple_solder_jumper" type

sometimes we can propose a new one but a solder jumper is more like a jumper

In PCB, it's probably just footprint, pads with solder mask or copper trace which acts as "do not place" constraint

As I understand, there are two solder jumpers: normally open (jumper_open, very close pads) and normally closed (jumper_bridge, net tie)
