hey mention the 3d viewer currently does not show keepout in any form and when the layer is set to bottom the area is black I propose to add an option to toggle keepout on and off and also add texture to look like this

I could be wrong but i think this is implemented wrong? Its not in the appearance menu?

thats cause i have not added the toggle in this pr, the keepout was not implemented, so i decides to focus this pr in just implementing it.
