Yes but just call it the copperIntersectionOverUnion rather than a similarity score

You could also create a cli tool + skill, because that would allow it to execute faster and might be easier to test and use

Our goal is to eventually be able to import footprints as footprinter strings by doing a fast conversion to footprinter string
