can we have a new check called  "tsci check silkscreen" to check the silkscreen overlaps with other courtyard , pad, other texts , .. etc ??

Silkscreen overlap is okay cause it doesn’t cause autorouting or invalid circuits

Maybe we keep the checks command clean and don’t add a lot of stuff which are not critical

hmm, yea i thought that would help because whenever i concerned about silkscreen , i want to do the collision checks manual , i wonder a command might help reduce the iteration.

we don't have the ability to offset refdes very much right now- we would want to have that capability first
