i think there's a practical issue here which is unless the board uses exclusively subcircuits, it won't render quick enough for the end-user in the agent chat

but the idea of a fast drop into an agent chat for a demo is good

I think conceptually there's something very interesting here with the fast drop into agent chat, the rest of the design is mainly good because it's snappy but it's not clear how it will look when populated.

One major risk is that nobody knows what to type into that first agent chat! We have to provide example projects etc.
